Return/Refund Policy

Products purchased from the SELLER may be returned by the BUYER, in their unopened package, during the 30 day (Computers, Laptops & LCD Displays, other electronic devices - 10 days, Custom Configured Computers or Displays are not returnable) period following date of shipment, to the BUYER, for a refund of the purchase price. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In order to receive a refund, an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number must be obtained from the SELLER. All merchandise returned must include all the manuals, software, and hardware; must be returned in their original boxes; shipment prepaid (no CODs accepted) and insured to the SELLER. The returned merchandise must be in new (mint) condition. Any Blister-packed items or products that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. Unauthorized and/or incomplete returns or returns of opened packages are subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 25% depending on the condition of the returned merchandise. Damaged items are not returnable. SELLER reserves the right to refuse for return, damaged, used or incomplete returns. There shall be no refund for software or charting products purchased from the SELLER. Charting Products/Software are not returnable or refundable.  DOA (Dead-on-arrival) electronics shipped outside of the USA will have to be returned at the expense of the BUYER. The SELLER, does not pay for the return of DOA products shipped internationally. DOA products will be returned to the MANUFACTURER if that is their policy. If not, the DOA item will be returned to the SELLER.

You will be charged for any free shipping offered if you return your order to us for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse any return and to require that certain items be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:
Opened or used
Missing their serial number or UPC
Special orders (returned at our discretion)
Returned more than 30 days after delivery
Returned without notification

To start a return, you can contact us at rma@navstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a RMA Number, as well as instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or Docks. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
